Wednesday - Walk 2 Miles at ACU
Thursday - Week 1 Day 2 - Couch to 5K
Friday - 45 Minutes of Strength Training With Everfit Trainer. :) Happy Birthday to Me!
Saturday - Walk 1-2 Miles (Planned)
I actually walked 1/2 a mile and stretched. I am so sore I can barely move.
Of course I can barely move my legs right now!
